Bright and pastel hair colors are becoming present as a normal splash of color and are easily replacing usual, boring hair colors. I'm pretty sure at least 1 out of 3 of you have attempted or tried at least one bright or pastel hair color. It was pretty darn difficult to find ''out of the frame'' hair color 2 or 3 years ago. And I'm super happy to see a huge interest in this colorful field these days in both - professional and drugstore lines. I had privilege to try out new L'Oreal Professionnel #ColorfulHair haircolors that are pretty innovative compared to previous hair salon possibilities...

What I admire the most, is that #ColorfulHair can be mixed with special clear agent to achieve perfect shade of pink, purple or coral. If you're a total newbie , you can easily start with pastels or colorful hues. The thing that is also pretty revolutionary is the fact, that these color treatments disperse pigments only in upper layers of your hair. That way, they evenly fade with 3-15 washes and don't have effect on your hair color base. Also, #ColorfulHair is a color treatment and doesn't damage on lighten your hair. You can change your look with your colorist in matter of days.

Najbolj me je navdušilo dejstvo, da se #ColorfulHair lahko prilagodi vsakemu posamezniku - prozoren odtenek namreč omogoča mešanje barvnega odtenka od žive pa vse do pastelne barve. L'Oreal Professionnel ponuja 7 barvnih odtenkov v različni intenziteti. Sama sem izbrala srednjo intenziteto roza odtenka Pink Sorbet za bazo in vijoličasto Electric Purple za konice las. Kot neke vrste ''sladkorni pastelage''. V nasprotju z ostalimi barvami, se najhitreje izpirajo ravno topli odtenki roza, koralne, magente. Hladnejši toni modre, vijoličaste in zelene zdržijo tudi do 15 pranj. Vsi 7 odtenki so: Electric Purple, Pink Sorbet, Navy Blue, Carribean Blue, Iced Mint, Hypnotic Magenta, Pink Sorbet, Sunset Coral. Res me zanima kateri odtenek bi izbrala ti?

All in all, I'm super happy with results and how it evenly washes off. After 3 washes, I'm left with the most perfect warm pastel pink that even and still looks nice. What's the difference between salon #ColorfulHair and drugstore Colorista line? It can get confusing and the question was just perfect - especially since they were both launched in the same time frame. Z rezultati sem več kot zadovoljna in že iščem najbližji salon, ki barva z L'Oreal Professionnel. Nazaj več ne morem, odkar sem izkusila kombinacijo Smartbonda (za bolj zdravo beljenje las) in #ColorfulHair. Po 3 šamponiranjih je moja roza še vedno prisotna kot enakomerna pastelna barva, ki še vedno izgleda lepo. Posnetke pred/po ter kratkega posnetka pa si lahko ogledate na Facebooku. Honestly, I couldn't imagine not treating Shiseido Synchro Skin Glow Luminizing Foundation like liquid gold. No wonder, it's older version Synchro Skin is sweeping off the feet everyone, including getting prestigious awards like ELLE's with left hand. Is it possible, that Shiseido foundations are just well hidden beauty secrets? Glow version is my new favourite way to fresh and flawless skin.

Let's be real, we all have those tired days that reflect on the skin for a long time. Dull, dry and tired skin is my biggest concern and my dark circles still manage to shine through any kind of makeup base. And honestly said, I'm amazed at how good Shiseido Synchro Skin Glow enlightens and refreshes the appearance of my skin. I've never got so many compliments on my skin than with this foundation. Take a look yourself, skin looks smooth, luminous and almost naturally photoshoped, right? Luminosity from within and soft focus is the main appealing factor. Even my pores look somewhat perfected at a closer look. I use a generous amount of 3 pumps which is enough to get a light, almost medium coverage that smooths out the appearance of my freckles (check my bare skin here). It's not only perfect in perfecting aspect but also wears really nicely throughout the day. Longlasting with SPF20 which doesn't really interfere with camera. The stab at 50€ is rather painful but the overall transformation of your skin might really, really convert you. I wouldn't be able even thinking about spending more than 40€ on foundation but after trying crème de la crème, it's hard to lower your standards.

Vsi smo že doživeli, da se stresni trenutki z lahkoto poznajo na koži. Utrujena, medla koža z lahkoto postara videz človeka, da niti ne govorim o dodatnem nanosu težkih podlag. Tudi sama sem včasih želela zakriti vse nepravilnosti z eno potezo, pa te slej kot prej ujame čas z vedno bolj izrazitimi gubicami in potezami obraza. In ravno tam se puder najraje zbira. Shiseido Synchro Skin Glow tekoča podlaga je pravo nasprotje, saj na nek skrivnosten način osvetli in oživi obraz. Kakor bi s kože zradirale vse nepravilnosti v programu Photoshop. Še nikoli nisem dobila toliko povpraševanj in pohval kot takrat, ko nosim Shiseido Synchro Skin Glow. Prepričate se lahko sami in si pobližje ogledate mojo kožo z novim Synchro Skin Glow. Koža deluje sveže, osvetljeno, zdravo in skorajda popolno. Pore in moje pegice so manj vidne in enotne (mojo kožo brez pudra si lahko ogledate tukaj), obenem pa se podlaga lepo obdrži na koži čez dan. Cena pri 50€ je kar velik udarec, vendar vas bo učinek presenetil, če ste pripravljene vložiti v nakup podlage. Niti pomisliti nisem želela o tekoči podlagi nad 40€ (ki je bila najvišja meja), vendar po preizkusu nagrajene crème de la crème se je težko zadovoljiti z ostalimi. Vsekakor se lahko najdejo Shiseido izdelki v ponudbi ali s popustom v lepotnih Beautique poslovalnicah - v avgustu nudijo 10% popust ob nakupu nad 30€.

Shiseido Synchro Skin Glow foundation neutral 2 on skin

Foundation truly synchronises as one with skin. It's light and hydrating like a custom made day cream, a feeling that's pretty rare among foundations. Shiseido recommends warming foundation in your hands beforehand and applying it as a serum. I like this technique of application the most with this foundation. That way, you don't waste any precious liquid and you get the best coverage possible. The intelligent formula manages to hydrate just the right amount depending on your skin. In terms of shade range, snow whites will definitely find a good match within this luxury Japanese brand. I have Neutral 2, which is the second lightest shade and pretty neutral. It's similar to Mac Waterweight NW15 shade, while Bourjois Healthy Mix 51 is warmer and shade darker. Neutral 1 is the lightest shade in the range.

Podlaga se resnično sinhronizira s kožo in deluje popolnoma naravno. Je lahkotna in vlažilna kot po meri narejena dnevna krema, ki zadovolji vse aspekte. In takšnih popolnih tekstur ni veliko. Shiseido priporoča nanos tekoče podlage kot serum. Izdelek se segreje med dlanmi in nežno vmasira v obraz kot najbolj prestižno nego obraza. Tehnika je s takšno teksturo vrhunska, obenem pa ponudi še bolj naraven in prekriven videz. Shiseido Synchro Skin Glow se z lahkoto sloji iz lahkotne v srednjo prekrivnost. Sama uporabim radodarno količino 3 potiskov podlage, da dobim srednjo prekrivnost. Inteligentna formula prav tako uravnoveša potrebe vlaženja glede na tip kože. Če se dotaknem odtenkov v tej prestižni japonski znamki, je dobila Slovenija 10 odtenkov. Sama imam Neutral 2, ki je blizu odtenku MAC NW15 in malce svetlejši in bolj nevtralen kot Bourjois Healthy Mix 51. Nasvetlejši odtenek je Neutral 1, katerega še želim preizkusiti .

that are lavishly worn on my face entire summer. The longest wearing status goes to Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette called Beauty Glow. It's easily the most functional thing ever made with superb quality and most astonishing rose gold coloring. I adore it's light bronzer and ivory highlighter, while eyeshadows are little bit too dark for my taste. I can't get enough of it and it firmly reassuring a special place on my vanity. The whole idea came up with Shiseido Paperlight Cream Eye Color in Sango Coral. It's an interesting mix of matte and cream, inviting with several washi tape inspired colors. Sango Coral is just enough warm to open and define my eyes, while it dries into a lovely satin feel. BeYu Magic Eyes Brightening Sticks are complimentary and creamy enough to be dispersed anywhere. After finishing my beloved Benefit Eye Bright these are lovely drugstore options for covering water line, dark circles, lines and higher face points. Artdeco Perfect Chromatic Eyeliner is just to obvious to pass right before metallic craze that's coming. It's super pigmented with one swipe and I can't get enough of playing with it. A single line or glimmering elements are just enough to feel bohemian. No look is completed without a lipstick. Lily Lolo Lipstick in Temptation was my summer secret all along. It's super comfy, safe and 100% natural pink with a hint of coral.

Med opazni del moje poletne romance spada vsekakor Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette (na spletu) v Beauty Glow. Je občutno najbolj uporabljena stvar skozi celotno poletje, saj me je navdušila s kvaliteto in rose gold toni. Svetel bronzer in osvetljevalec z zlatim odsevom sta le del vrhunca, katerega dopolnujejo lepo izbrani odtenki. Želim si le, da bi bila senčila malce svetlejša po mojem okusu. Ideja objave se je začela s Shiseido Paperlight Cream Eye Color (Beautique, Kompas shop, Muller), ki je tudi zame čista novost. Enostavno sem morala senčilo vključiti v svoj videz, saj je Sango Coralčudovit topel odtenek po navdihu japonske kaligrafije. Tekstura je nenavadna - malce prosojna a hkrati prekrivna in satenasta. Senčilo se posuši v gladek mat zaključek, ki deluje urejeno in elegantno. Za osvetlitev notranjih kotičkov oči in notranje linije pa sem uporabila BeYu Magic Eyes Brightening Sticks(DM poslovalnice), ki lepo nadomestijo moj porabljen Benefit Eye Bright. Več kot očitno se ne morem izogniti prihajajočemu jesenskemu ''metalik trendu'' in Artdeco Perfect Chromatic Eyeliner(Muller ali splet) popolno vsopada v to tematiko. Navdušena sem nad prekrivno pigmentacijo le z enim nanosom, kar mi dovoli ustvarjanje ravnih linij in geometričnih oblik za bohemski pridih. Res čudovit izdelek, ki ga lahko uporabite kot dodaten lesk vašemu standardnemu ''eyelinerju''. Moja poletna ljubezen je Lily Lolo šminka Temptation (eko butiki ali splet), saj naravne sestavine poskrbijo za brezskrben nanos. Šminka je kremna in udobna, obenem pa ravno prav igriva.

probably include my new love towards natural deodorants. Schmidt's is by far the best natural deodorant I've tried. This cult favourite among eco-friendly bloggers is sung for a reason. Almost a creamy paste melts and the scent lingers for good. I choose warm, oriental Ylang Ylang & Calendula. Only avoid them (especially Rose & Vanilla) when wearing white clothing as they're prone to leave (washable) stains. I'm also suprised how good is the new Makeup Factory Lip Secrets line. I religiously wear Beautifying Lip Primer before any liquid lipsticks and 7 Oils Lip Elixir as a pre-treatment and pamper. Last but certainly not least hidden secret is Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. This serum is life! Gives instant glow to the skin, while it's not heavy but still gently pampers my skin with best natural ingredients. It's basically my extra step towards healthy looking skin and brightening properties are just a bonus in my freckled book. No wonder it's a best-seller and I'm looking forward to upcoming results with my dark spots.

Ličila z veseljem pokažem na obrazu, vendar si premalokrat prislužijo pozornost moje male skrivnosti. Skoraj pol poletja se navdušujem nad Schmidt's deodoranti (na spletu), ki niso le 100% naravni in zdravi, ampak tudi učinkoviti z dolgotrajnim vonjem. Tako dobrega deodoranta že dolgo nisem odkrila po Lush Aromaco, obenem pa je na voljo tudi v stiku. Nanašanje je enostavno, tekstura pa je podobna trdi kremi, ki se postopoma topi ob stiku s kožo. Mene je prevzel vonj ilang ilanga in ognjiča, ker je toplo orientalsko poleten. Izognite se nanosu temnejše vrtnice in vanilije le v primeru belih oblačil, saj pušča malce madežev. Skrita očem je tudi Makeup Factory nega za ustnice, saj uporabljam Beautifying Lip Primer (Muller) pred vsako uporabo tekočih šmink (šminko naredi bolj enakomerno in ne izsuši) in 7 Oils Lip Elixir (Muller) kot razkošno nego. Vsekakor priporočam, če imate težave z nanosom tekočih šmink. Moja najljubša negovalna skrivnost je nenazadnje Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum (Muller ali splet). Ta serum je življenje za mojo kožo! V trenutku poživi celoten obraz, obenem pa mi služi kot dodaten bonus pred jutranjo rutino. Sestavine so naravnost odlične, trta pa je že poznana kot uspešen maščevalec proti hiperpigmentaciji. Koža je vsekakor bolj sijoča, veselim pa se rezultatov na mojih temnih madežih z redno uporabo. Poročam, vendar sem zaenkrat že prepričana.

I was recently inspired by comforting almond and oats scent. It's such a refreshment to start a new colder season and getting further away from tropical scents. Birthday treats like Kneipp Almond Blossom Shower Foam(about 6,90-10,00€ in drugstores) by beloved friend, is truly a wonderful transition into more rich shower care. Shower foam is thick and soft as a cloud, giving off a soft scent of almonds and baby powder. Scent is beautiful and lingers all day, while my body doesn't feel dry and uncomfortable. I'm curious to see how the corresponding Kneipp Almond Blossom Lotion will act. I'm intrigued to try more of Kneipp. Another indulging scent I discovered in new Balea haircare. I'm amazed at how good ''the milky oat'' scent lingers on my hair with only using Balea Hafermilch Conditioner or Shampoo(1,50€ each in DrogerieMarkt). New Balea line is all vegan, silicone free and adorable to look at. Also, my hair feels soft although I use silicone products pretty regularly beforehand.

Nedavno me je navdušil vonj nežnih mandljevcev in toplega ovsa. Res si je lepo pripraviti nežno rutino za tuširanje v hladnejših dneh, ki kar kličejo jesen. Po tropskih vonjih je zopet prehod v jesen tisti, ki mi predstavi največ nežnih novosti. Prijateljica mi je za rojstni dan podarila set Kneipp Almond Blossom(okoli 6,90€ za izdelek, DrogerieMarkt), ki je najbolj nežna nega kar sem jih preizkusila. Kneipp Almond Blossom pena za tuširanje me je še posebej navdušila, saj je hkrati kremno bogata in zadovolji mojo potrebo po hranljivi negi. Koža je neizsušena, obenem pa nežen pudrast mandljev vonj obstane na koži cel dan. Losjon me še čaka, in vendar sem že obupno radovedna kako se bo obnesel. Še ena (presenetljivo) dišeča novost soBalea šamponi in balzami za nego las. Vesela sem, da se vonj mlečnega ovsa obdrži dolgo časa v laseh. Balea Hafermilch šampon in balzam (1,50€ na kos v DrogerieMarkt) enostavno morate povonjati in preizkusiti. Nova linija je veganska, brez silikonov in hkrati naredi lase zelo mehke. Sama se vedno zanašam na silikonske izdelke za lase, vendar sem več kot zadovoljna z učinkom Hafermilch balzama.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Gel Wash (about 4,50€ in drugstores) was a total miss after several tries. But once I got used to the unfamiliar gel texture, I'm most certainly going to repurchase. It's actually a liquid gel that you gently rub into your face with a splash of water. The gel will easily remove all makeup at once. The more you massage, the better the effect will be. It gets off all the main makeup and it's a perfect speedy addition in my shower. Still, I always follow with another step of double cleansing. Although Mixa Soothing Moisturizer Light Pro-Tolerance (about 6,99€ in drugstores) can't be used in the shower - it perfectly concludes my shower routine. It's really gentle, comforting and pleasant on the skin. It's approved by dermato-allergists and suitable for all sensitive skintypes. The ingredient list is sufficiently good but the main point is texture. It's quite rich but still kind of light, both at the same time. Makeup Factory Bamboo Lip Peeling(about 12,00€ in Muller drugstores) covers two thing at once. It's a creamy peeling that can be easily removed with paper tissue and still leaves feeling lips soft and nourished. Ointment base acts like a lipbalm while ground bamboo takes away any dry flakes. Do I need to add it smells like refreshing mint?

Garnier Micelarni Čistilni Gel (okoli 4,50€ v drogerijah) me sprva ni prepričal in sem nad njim že skoraj obupala. Vendar sem čez nekaj časa ugotovila, da je lahko izredno učinkovit čistilec obraza v eni potezi. Čistilni gel sprva deluje površno in pretekoče, vendar če ga dobro vmasirate v naličen obraz, bo s krožnimi gibi stopil vsa ličila. Moram priznati, da je res super izdelek za lene dni, ponavadi pa nadaljujem nego z dvojnim čiščenjem. Zaključim z novo Mixa Soothing Light Pro-Tolerance vlažilno kremo (okoli 6,99€ v drogerijah), ki je namenjena posebno občutljivi koži z iritacijami. Krema je nežna in prijetna, saj je dovolj bogata in hkrati lahkotna v teksturi. Potrjena je s strani dermatologov in ima zadovoljivo listo sestavin. Več-funkcionalen izdelek za ustnice je Makeup Factory Bamboo piling za ustnice (okoli 12,00€ v Muller drogerijah), ki nahrani in odstrani odmrle celice na ustnicah. Se vam kdaj zgodi, da imate po nanosu šminke rob bele snovi v notranjih kotičkih ustnic? Ponavadi je to rezultat sline in odmrlih celic, zato je piling ključen pri nošenju (sploh mat) šminke. Makeup Factory piling je osnovan na bazi oljno-kremne teksture, ki vsebuje zmlet bambus. Aplikator pa omogoča enostavno nanašanje kjerkoli. Ostanek pilinga ponavadi obrišem v papirnat robček, ustnice pa so že navlažene. Tudi vonj svežega minta je očarljiv.

I'm a hidden bookworm, that's for sure. I love reading. And there was 90% possibility, that you would find me among stacks of books (with my best friend) in primary school. Somehow, life happened and I started to neglect this loving hobby of mine. Sure, I've read couple of books on vacation, but nothing really special worth mentioning. It was the wrong ''book pick'' that made me hesitant. At the start of this year, I've started watching BookTube and started to grow my love for books once again. I wanted to start with something similar to Harry Potter or The Lord of the Rings. I was always pulled toward fantasy, magic and mystery. Still, I do appreciate a good adventure, crime or love story that keeps me curious and reveals itself at the end.

Sem knjižni molj, rada berem. V osnovni šoli ste me z najboljšo prijateljico lahko našli med kupi knjig in bilo je fantastično. Se še spomnite 5 prijateljev? Te knjige smo kar požirale. Kmalu po osnovni šoli se je zgodilo življenje in moram priznati, da sem prišla samo do polovice Harry Potterja in Gospodarja Prstanov. Ta dolg me še čaka. Kljub temu, da sem med počitnicami vedno prebrala nekaj naključnih knjig, me niso prevzele. Na srečo, sem v začetku leta začela gledati BookTube in tako ponovno vzljubila dober star hobi. Moj okus je različen. Vedno me je vleklo med fantazijske in magične trilogije. Hkrati pa znam ceniti dobro pustolovsko, krimi ali ljubezensko zgodbo, ki mi dovoljuje radovednost vse do konca.

My first dip into adult fantasy was with Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. I adore it. I still feel goosebumps even only mentioning it. It's that good. Not over the top fantasy but still easily believable. The story follows young Vin, who is a rare Mistborn that can burn metals for special powers. It's really one of the best trilogy I've read and a perfect step into fantasy. It's about love, personal growth, moral and standard human discrepancy we all feel sooner or later. That's why Steelheart is on my reading list - I need another dose of Sanderson! It was hard to find to continue after I've finished Mistborn trilogy. After, I read The Girl on the Train which was somewhat comforting, but still not as good. Still, I got the suspense I wanted and I even watched the movie afterwards. It's a good read. Then, I continued with Me before You, which was not my cup of tea at all. It's a cheesy love story between paraplegic man and his nurse. Highly unbelievable story for my realistic taste. Still, I enjoyed the movie because of good actors. I also started reading The Martian, a man who is trapped on Mars. It was a horrible pick as it's written in the style of his diary. Just don't bother if you don't understand ''american humor''. A positive highlight was definitely The Muse by Jessie Burton. Such an intense story! I loved it and you would probably too - if you like a bit of romance, family relations, war time, Spain and art (Velazquez, Dali...). It's such a bright story about two individual girls who seek themselves and are connected to upbringing of new art work. Also, there are some badass twists you won't believe. Highly, highly recommend. Right now, I'm starting The Name of the Wind, which is compared to J.R.R. Tolkien's and G.R.R. Martin's writing. It's kind of medieval inspired with lots of fantasy and magic. So far, it's going slowly and the starting plot is slightly boring. But this might develop into something good.

Oh, I also have some books I want to read. It's The Black Prism (supposedly similar to Mistborn trilogy), A Court of Thorns and Roses (romance and badass female character), Our Dark Duet,The Wonder (about starving girl), The Vegetarian, The Guest Cat, The Miniaturist (by same Jessie Burton), The Signal and the Noise (about better predictions and using information in a smart way), 1Q84, The Last Magician, The Bear and the Nightingale, The Alchemist, Beren and Luthien (JRR Tolkien!), Six of Crows. I usually search or buy books on Bookdepository. Or borrow them in good old libraries.

Moje prvo izkustvo odrasle fantazije je zapečatila trilogija Mistborn, avtorja Brandon Sandersona. Bila je odličen uvod in še zdaj dobim kurjo kožo ob omembi. Seveda lahko pričakujete osnovne elemente fantazije, vendar je zgodba tako dobro povezana z osnovnimi človeškimi dilemami, da je vse skupaj zelo prepričljivo. Zgodba se vrti okoli mlade Vin, ki s pomočjo voditelja upora, raziskuje svojo osebnost, moralo in življenjska vprašanja. Razcep moralnih dejanj in osebnosti je očitna v več likih, kar ponuja še globji vpogled. Ni vse v kovinah, ki jih osebe zaužijejo za posebne moči v boju proti tiraniji. Na seznamu knjig imam zato tudi Steelheart od enakega avtorja, ker enostavno potrebujem novo dozo Sandersona. Na žalost Mistborn trilogija ni prevedena, zato jo lahko najdete le v angleščini. Po prebrani trilogiji se je bilo težko lotiti česarkoli. Lotila sem se svetovne uspešnice Dekle na Vlaku, ki je bila dovolj zanimiva. Podrobnosti ne bi razkrivala, je pa bila knjiga dovolj napeta vse do zadnje strani. Vsekakor odlična krimi zgodba, približana ženskemu spolu. Nadaljevala sem z Me before You, pocukrano ljubezensko zgodbo med negovalko in paraplegikom. Zgodba se je vlekla in neverjetni življenjski dogodki me niso prepričali. Moram pa na tem mestu priznati, da nisem najbolj romantičen tip. Sledil je The Martian, ki pa je bil zame preveč realističen. Zgodba se odvija na Marsu, kjer je moški sam obtičal na plovilu. Knjiga je pisana kot dnevnik in ima za moj okus preveč tehničnih opisov, kemičnih reakcij in nerazumljiv ameriški humor. Enostavno je nisem zmogla prebrati do konca. Odlična zgodba izven fantazijskega sveta se odvija v knjigi The Muse (Jessie Burton). To je mojstrovina. Napetost je pomešana s temo ljubezni, vojnega časa, družine, Španije in umetnosti (v stilu Velazqueza, Dalija...). Vzporedno se mešata dve zgodbi deklet, ki odkrivata sebe, obenem pa sta močno povezani z novo odkrito mojstrovino. Močno priporočam branje! Trenutno sem načela knjigo Ime Vetra, ki mi na prvi vtis deluje zelo podobno Gospodarju Prstanov. Pohvalil pa jo je celo George R.R. Martin. Knjiga se mi po 60 straneh še vedno malce vleče, vendar imam občutek, da ima knjiga dober potencial. Fantazijske knjige zahtevajo potrpežljivost, saj potrebujejo uvod v nov magičen sistem.

Prav tako imam ogromen seznam knjig, ki jih želim prebrati. I'm surprised how much has LOV grown on me. You have to feel it to believe it. I'm really content with their quality and performance all around. It easily crosses line between drugstore and high-end brands. I like it, I need it, I LOV it. I like that LOV adds seasonal products to their line to keep up with makeup trends. I only hope the brand won't get as confusing as Catrice or Essence. Nevertheless, LOV is still manageable to keep up in this department (for now).

LOVglow Highlighting Drops 020 Sunlight Drops (10,99€ in Muller) is newly added liquid highlighter with a drop pipette. As good as it looks, I'm still undecided about it after several tries. It's meant to be the all-purpose highlighter that you can mix into foundation, primer or add it independently on your cheeks. The problem starts after blending the product into the skin. Highlighter is super potent on the swatch but gradually blends into nothingness with a sparkle here and there. I don't like it as a highlighting topper because it messes up my foundation. But it works generally okay if I mix it with daily cream or primer for extra boost of glow. Also note that is heavily scented.

A total win are LOV FatalMuse Liquid Matte Lipsticks (8,99€ in Muller) with their cushion mousse formula and addictive sweet scent. Indeed, they apply as a mousse with a precise applicator and settle into matte finish after 30 minutes. Their best feature is comfort - they don't dry out your lips and they feel luxuriously creamy. Liquid lipsticks have a thicker formula yet the darker shade must be applied over lipliner to restrain any moving. I also like that LOV lipsticks don't get sticky or completely matte. LOV liquid lipsticks set into rather semi-matte finish. Bare in mind, these are not longlasting or kiss-proof. Nude shades tend to last 3 hours while berry shade sticks for good 5-6 hours. They don't survive eating or drinking. Basically, if you choose comfort over longevity and you still want a pretty matte look, LOV FatalMuse Liquid lipstick is perfect. I'm SO over drying and ultra matte lipsticks that make me look dehydrated and tired after several hours.

I hardly trust anything when it comes to sun protection. Many mistakes and regrets have happened and every single small failure translates on my hyperpigmentation-prone skin. I've tried them all: natural sunscreens that are too thick and heavy, drugstore sunscreens that don't protect and luxury sunscreens that are too heavily scented and pricey. As much as I usually love scented products, it's a no-go combo with sun and mild sun allergy. The only brand I still find reliable must be the best of all worlds. It's french and it's called La Roche-Posay.

Težko zaupam sončnim kremam. Imela sem že veliko negativnih izkušenj, ki so se začele ravno z izbiro nepravih sončnih krem - od opečene kože, alergije, praskanja in ostalih bolečih izkušenj ki so zagrenile vonj po morju. Moja koža je bleda in zelo nagnjena k hiperpigmentaciji in pegam. Preizkušala sem že vse: od čisto naravnih, ki so me skoraj zadušile na plaži in vse do drogerijskih krem, ki me včasih niso niti zaščitile. Potrebovala sem nekaj takšnega, kar bi mi nudilo najboljše iz vseh svetov sončnih krem. Zanimajo me sestavine, hkrati pa ne želim tvegati ali se počutiti kot bel masten tjulenj na plaži. La Roche-Posay je ravno to, kar iščem - ima zanesljivo zaščito, formula ni težka in lepljiva, obenem pa ne vsebuje dodatnih parfumov (ki dodatno dražijo mojo kožo).

What better time to report back than right at the start of Fall. I know, it's inconvenient to even remember until the next season but I do want to believe you're all using sun protection all year round - at least when you're outdoors. I've learnt my lesson the hard way and my skin is far from being UV-damage free. Actually, I could be a good example of La Roche-Posay's 123 Save Your Skin action. That's why I was super excited over new La Roche-Posay technology called My UV Patch, which measures your sun exposure and tells you exactly how to behave and care for your skin on the sun. It was a nice little perk with purchase to investigate your own behaviour on vacation. Sadly, I couldn't indulge more than a weekend of vacation but I still managed to thoroughly test out La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Wet Skin Gel in other outdoor conditions. What makes it different from all other sunscreens is the fact, that it can be easily applied over wet skin. It's a horrible feeling when you need to reapply your sunscreen as soon as you get out of the ocean. Gel texture makes it more spreadable, lighter and easier to massage. Definitely keep it in mind for the next season. La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Comfort Face Cream is my basic go-to city and outdoor sunscreen. It's efficient and can be easily layered with makeup. If you prefer lighter textures like me, maybe try Dry Touch version or Fluid first.

Prednost te sončne kreme je v teksturi, ki se jo zlahka namaže preko mokre kože. Ni hujšega kot nanašati kremo po skoku v osvežujoče morje. Gel tekstura je bolj mazljiva, nelepljiva in lahkotna. Vsekakor jo obkljukajte v mislih za prihodnjo sezono. La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Comfort Face Cream pa je moja vsakodnevna spremljevalka, saj jo z lahkoto slojim pred nanosom ličil. Primerna je za urbano in dopustniško uporabo. Vseeno pred Comfort priporočam Anti Shine verzijo ali njihov Fluid, če imate raje bolj tekoče različice.

Look at me, refreshing my love towards Korean skincare. I really missed my usual Korean reviews for a while now. Plus I always felt like I haven't really dipped my fingers into their wide range of skincare. I've promised myself I would try at least several Korean skincare bits before the end of this year. Maybe I'm easily impressed these days but I'm already fairly fascinated by their performance. Or at least I choose correctly for my always dry skin. Jolse is my favourite place to browse and shop as it's super easy to navigate, has free worldwide shipping and their offer refreshes regularly with new Korean releases.

Packaging and concept just sucked me in with Skinfood Fresh Apple Cream(13,58$ for 50ml on Jolse). I was curious to see if it smells like real apples as I love a good juicy apple. This specific cream is meant for pore control, meaning it's not the most suitable all-rounder for my dry skin. But I do have a bit of enlarged pores on my chin and nose. Skinfood claims it has Pore Tightening Complex for reducing pores and controlling sebum. I haven't notice any dramatic change but the texture is ultra moisturising, light and easily absorbed. Texture reminds me of fruit sorbet. It's easily a perfect pick for oily and combination skin. And hell yes, it smells like green apples and clean cotton.

If you fancy a rich sweet facial scrub, you will die after seeing Nature Republic Brown Sugar Scrub Mask (16,13$ for 100ml on Jolse). It's just calling Fall with it's delicious scent and richly infused oil formula. Truly a soothing scrub balm for extra pampering on the weekends. Brown Sugar Scrub Mask is extra potent and leaves a soothing layer on the skin, similar to cleansing oil. That's why I would only recommend this product to dry and normal skintypes. There's a chance you will not love it fairly since it's rich and full of butters/oils. Scrub particles are perfect - effective but still gentle along with strawberry seeds. Nature Republic is known to include natural ingredients. That's why the scent reminds of vanilla sugar and herbs. It's a mask and scrub in one - a multitasker you can also use as a hand scrub. Massive 100ml will most likely not run out before early Spring.

Metallic trend is slowly stepping on my nerves, it's everywhere. But I was still curious enough to see if drugstore alternatives suit my expectations. There's no way I would spend more than 20€ on a single metallic matte lipstick I would wear only on special occasion. BeYu Metallic Eyes are probably my favourite novelties as they're smudgeproof and really longlasting. I love using them individually or combined with powder eyeshadows for that extra pop of shimmer. They're highly pigmented and have a strong metallic sheen. As far as application goes, Metallic Eyes should be applied quickly. They set really quickly and they might look a bit patchy if you're not careful. I recommend layering with thin layers. The lightest eyeshadow (4 Glint and Glare) is perfect for inner corners, while middle shade (6 Rocking Vibes) is a unique camel taupe with copper sheen.

BeYu The Matt Liners come in 4 different shades. The Matt Liner is your standard pen tip eyeliner that is pretty nicely pigmented and fluid. I usually stay away from these type of eyeliner but their performance is pretty good, even over powder eyeshadows. The blue shade is awesome, while I wasn't disappointed even with white eyeliner. It works wonderfully as an added pop of colour. Sadly, there's no true matte black - only dark brown, grey, bright blue and white.

BeYu Metallic Lips (50% additional discount in DM stores until 3.11.) are super fun! But not the most convenient ones. Let's face it - metallic matte lipsticks don't look good on everyone. I wouldn't even recommend it for daily wear except for evening occasions or photographs. Metallic lips look best on camera while in real life they're tricky to pull off. I can't seem to shake off the thought they look old fashioned. However, 04 Gold'n'roses and 06 Perfect Illusion from BeYu Metallic Lips are the only metallic shades I wear on daily basis. 04 is a beautiful nude pink with light coral shift and 06 is a smokey purple with golden sheen. Middle color 10 Nostalgia is a coppery red with blue shift and looks slightly off on my pale complexion. In terms of pigmentation, they have full opacity with 2 layers. Texture is slightly drying, similar to classic matte liquid lipsticks.

BeYu Mattalic is fun and out of the box. I can't pinpoint any bad product or low performance, while colors and finish is not your usual everyday pick. If you itch to try affordable metallic trend, I would suggest to try one shade from Metallic Lips and Metallic Eyes. The Matt Liner is great if you love to play with bolder colors. My favourites are Metallic Lips 04 (nude rose gold shade) and Metallic Eyes 6 Rocking Vibes (camel taupe with copper sheen).

Lush is my comforting spot. I had a lot of stress hanging over me these past months and I've finally managed to finish my master's degree (in psychology). Before my final stress moment, I was sucked into my comfort shop. Good ol' Dream Cream sounded like a perfect balm to soothe my stress and new Plum Rain spoke to me with fruity acidness.

I never actually thought I'm missing out - but Dream Cream Body Cream (20,50€, Lush) is certainly soothing and ultra rich as my prefered body butters. Nourishing feel stays even after shower, no joke. It heals dry skin like no other. I'm really impressed by Dream Cream's emollient and rich texture that still acts lightweight once it's on the skin. Oat milk, roses and lavender give Dream Cream a calming scent. Virgin olive oil and cocoa butter add that extra bonus of nourishment. On top of all, Dream Cream is self-preserved and more than edible. It's truly a blessing for all types of sensitive skin and safest choice for eczema.

Nisem pričakovala da zamujam tako veliko. Kultni Dream Cream (20,50€, Lush ali na spletu) me je navdušil s prvim nanosom, saj zelo učinkovito nahrani in sprosti. Najraje posežem po maslu za telo, zato me je na videz ''lahkoten losjon'' več kot presenetil. Občutek udobja in negovane kože se obdrži vse do prvega prhanja. Krema za telo in roke se lepo vpije in pusti negovalni sloj, za kar se lahko zahvalimo kakavovemu maslu in oljčnemu olju. Ovseno mleko, sivka in rožna voda pa poskrbijo za nežen ovoj mehkobe in vonja. Prav tako Dream Cream ne vsebuje dodatnih konzervansov in je varna izbira za vse občutljive tipe kože in vse vrste dermatitisa.

My mouth starts to water every time I mention Lush Plum Rain Shower Gel (7,95-22,95€, Lush). It's a gorgeous blend of Sicilian mandarin oil and plum juice with addition of some added ingredients. Plum Rain smells exactly like the name suggests - a burst of acid mandarin and juicy plum. Instant mouthwatering. If you love fruity shower gels, you need to try Plum Rain. While the texture is nothing more than a shower gel, the purple color adds a bit of Halloween feel into your shower routine. I want a perfume like that ASAP (which actually is available in Lush Kitchen).

Slinim se že samo ob omembi Lush Plum Rain Gela za tuširanje(7,95-22,95€, Lush ali na spletu). Gel je nabit s sestavinami, ki mi kar aktivirajo ustne žleze. Kombinacija mandarininega olja in slivovega soka preženeta vsako skrb. Plum Rain je bombica sadja, ki je naravno sladka in kisla. Sline se mi cedijo. Če obožujete ''taprave'' sadne vonje, vam bo tale razvedril dan. Čeprav Plum Rain ni nič posebnega po sami teksturi, je vijolična barva več kot zabavna v tej čarovniški sezoni.

Last is Sugar Plum Fairy (8,95€, Lush), a Christmasy lip scrub that returned this season. The only new thing about it is it's bare appearance. I actually have last year's version but won't hurt if I write an additional review. Scrub is actually really efficient and pleasant. Do I need to mention it's totally edible? Sugar Plum Fairy smells like fruity orange punch and tastes good as well. Mine is still going strong although I did have some issues with other lip scrubs in the past. Lush Lip Scrubs are nice little treats before adding on some lipstick.

Kot zadnje bi še dodala mnenje o Sugar Plum Fairy(8,95€, Lush ali na spletu), božični izdaji pilinga za ustnice. Tudi letos se je pridružil ogromnemu naboru v 2 izdajah - v lončku in kot ''nagec'' brez embalaže. Sladkor lepo pripravi ustnice na nanos najljubše šminke, medtem ko je njegova sestava popolnoma užitna. Dišeče pomarančast in okusen! Piling vsebuje negovalna olja in masla, ki nadomestijo nanos balzama. Sugar Plum Fairy me je spreobrnil, saj sem imela pred tem bolj slabe izkušnje z njihovimi pilingi.

Have you ever tried Vichy Dermablend foundation? If you have, you already know it's super longlasting and quite full coverage. Actually, I'm always angry at myself not re-purchasing a new bottle as soon as my older runs out. It's truly a multi-tasker: you can mix it, blend it and whip it with different products to achieve different finishes and coverage.

Ste si želeli kdaj preizkusiti prekrivnost Vichy pudrov? Potem je ravno pravi čas da obiščete lekarne, saj Vichy ob vsakem nakupu pudra podarja 100ml Purete Thermale odstranjevalca ličil. Vichy ponuda raznovrstno izbiro pudrov za vsak tip kože, tudi za gubice. Vendar je le ena linija tako kultna, da je enostavno greh če je še niste preizkusili. Pišem o Vichy Dermablend - popolni prekrivnosti, dolgoobstojnosti in naravnem zaključku. Je puder, ki sam po sebi ponuja mnogo možnosti saj ga lahko mešate in nanašate na različne načine.

Vichy Dermablend foundation is a little bit thicker in consistency and we could call it a ''classic foundation''. It's a perfect match for combination and oily skin as it's full coverage to cover off all your imperfections. In this case, I have dry skin. But I'm still a firm believer in Dermablend as I often mix it with a drop of oil or generous amount of moisturiser. It makes it more creamy, moisturising. Even 15 Opal is not such a terrible match for my pale complexion. Vichy foundations tend to have yellow undertone, which makes them suitable for most people. Still, keep it in mind if you're looking for neutral or pink undertone. The finish is quite natural, not too matte or too dewy. The main feature is also longevity of wear and you'll be surprised how long the tube will last you.

Vichy Dermablend podlaga je resda na prvi dotik malce gostejši in dokaj klasičen po teksturi, vendar ga lahko prilagodite svojim potrebam. Sama imam suho kožo in sem se Dermablend podlage izogibala na daleč, saj mi je predstavljal popolno izbiro mešani ali mastni koži. Vendar lahko dodana kapljica olja ali radodarna količina kreme spremeni Dermablend v moj popoln izdelek. Tudi odtenek 15 Opal ni preveč daleč od mojega svetlega tena, vendar ima Vichy podlaga dokaj rumenkast podton. Kar lahko ustreza večini, če želite zdrav videz ali poenotiti barvo kože s telesom. Zaključek pudra je naraven, ne mat ne svetleč. Podlaga je zelo obstojna, obenem pa se tuba še dolgo ne bo izpraznila. Toplo ga priporočam tudi osebam z nepravilnostmi.

The prettiest (legit) Golden Pear soap is indeed enough creamy and foamy to use as a regular shower product. It pretty much looks fantastic but also smells like a pear pie. Warm, cinnamony but still fruity. The middle layer makes it creamy enough to be used all over body. It's the first pear scent from Lush so you basically need to smell it ASAP. Love it!

Najlepša in najbolj dišeča novost je vsekakor Golden Pear milo za tuširanje, ki kar kliče po občudovanju. Izgleda fantastično in prav tako diši kot zlata hruška - toplo, dekadentno in gurmansko. Kot pravi hruškin štrudelj ali pita, posuta s sezonskimi začimbami. Milo se čudovito peni in ne izsuši moje kože, saj ima dodatno masleno plast. It smells absolutely delicious and your skin will thank you later. Bunny Moon is a perfect pick for dry to normal skin. The texture is easily speardable and applies as a thick cream. Jelly texture is not that noticeable once you massage it into the skin. Bunny Moon smells like a pot of satured vanilla and spices. Warm, fuzzy and heartwarming.

Santa's Christmas Shower Cream is coke in a single bottle. It smells so Lush but so familiar to the most famous fizzy drink. Cinnamon and black pepper add depth while you still get that playful mouthwatering fruity scent. Texture is thick and nourishing, almost like a shower balm. Highly, highly recommend to take a sniff this Christmas season.

Santa's Christmas Krema za tuširanjekar kliče božič. To je najbolj božičen produkt, kar sem jih kdaj preizkusila. Je dišeč, topel in spominja na cimet in kolo. Ima značilno saden vonj mehurčkaste pijače, črni poper in cimet pa poskrbita za globino. Kremna tekstura je več kot božanska, po njej pa ne čutim potrebe po losjonu. Nežno kremna poslastica, ki je odlična za božične praznike.

Lush Buck's Fizz Naked Body Conditioner has a similar scent concept to famous Karma. But it's more fizzy, playful and happy without any dark undertones of smoke. It's an orange cocktail of grapefruit, lime oils and shea butter. It's a happy bar you can easily rub all over your body like a massage bar and get the benefit of Lush body conditioner. Meaning, you have to use it under your shower. I have mistaken it for a body lotion but it actually needs to be rinsed off. But you get the effect of regular body lotion. Ah, who cares. I don't have a single worry when using Lush products.

Lush Buck's Fizz Balzam za telo brez embalaže me na hitro spominja na kultno Karmo. Vendar je vonj veliko bolj razigran, vesel in sončen. Limetino olje, grenivka in konjakovo olje delujejo praznično in popolno za vesel december. Dejansko sem najprej nanašala ta balzam kot losjon po prhanju, vendar ga je potrebno uporabiti med samim tuširanjem. Losjon se izpere in hkrati pusti negovalen občutek kreme. Ah, napaka ki mi nikakor ne more škoditi.

First whiff of Carla lavender from Provence reinterprets Sambac jasmine from India, sandalwood from Australia and vanilla from New Guinea. The notes start strong, warm and sweet while lavender gives a secret kick of freshness. I'm in no doubt NOT a fan of lavender but here it's just a pleasant, unnoticeable addition. Steklenička je popolnost miniaturne arhitekture sama po sebi - ostra kot samozavestna ženska in hkrati zaobljena kot ženska krhkost. Pokrovček nam pripoveduje zgodbo o štiriperesni deteljici, ki nas spremlja čez celoten dan. Le katera bi lahko bila boljši obraz za dišavo kot Angelina Jolie, ki je z Guerlain dišavami povezana vse od otroštva. Hkrati pa predstavlja točno to, kar si prizadevamo imeti vse. Srčnost, samozavest, odločnost in izpolnjevanje življenjskih ciljev. Vse skupaj tvori smiselno vsebino, ki se popolnoma prilega značaju ženske - prvi vtis Carla sivke spremlja Sambac jasmin, sandalovino iz Avstralije in značilno vanilijo iz Papa Nove Gvineje. Vtis je topel in orientalski, a dišava hkrati ohrani nekaj svežine ravno s sivko. C'mon, how could I resist this beauty that actually doubles as a highlighter? Called Artdeco Iridescent Light Powder (fancy name), it has a mixture of blue, pink and silver particles. Don't be fooled by the first layer - after you use the glittery topper you're left with pretty and wearable shade. As I've said, a champagne pink with golden shimmer. Still light and perfect for fair skintones and still enough shimmery for a metallic finish. It's pigmented and not powdery at all - just what I've expected in the first place.

Naj vas prva plast bleščic ne prestraši - po porabi prvega sloja se namreč spodaj skriva čudovit osvetljevalec z roza bazo in zlatimi delci. Popolnoma primeren za uporabo, saj doda lep metalik sijaj. Ni najbolj sramežljiv osvetljevalec a še vseeno dovolj diskreten, da si ga drznete uporabiti čez dan. Glede na teksturo je zelo pigmentiran in dovolj mehak, da se ne praši. I'm enjoying wearing ultra glittery lipgloss too, for a change. Artdeco Holo Lip Glossare ultry sparkly and the multidimensional shimmers are everything. You need to see them in person, they're even more spectacular. As for the formula, it's pretty sticky and heavy which is not such a bad thing when we're dealing with heavy glitters. Artdeco lipgloss stays in place, makes your lips full and shines like a diamond overlayer. There are 3 shades in the collection, including additional coppery peach shade. You can also layer these lipglosses over matte liquid lipsticks but personally, I like them better on their own.

Nedvomno jih morate pogledati v živo, saj jim slike delajo krivico. Opozoriti moram le na gosto in težjo teksturo, ki konec koncev prepreči razlivanje glosa čez rob ustnic. Ustnice izgledajo kot da imajo nanešen diamantni sloj, čudovito. Sicer se lahko ti glosi slojijo čez mat šminko, ampak so mi po občutku bolj všeč kar sami. ZAO Highlighter is top knotch. Creamy texture easily blends into the skin, leaving you looking like an angel. I mean, just look at that cheek glow! Words cannot describe my love towards ZAO Highlighter as it's truly astonishing. Everything is so well thought out - from texture, blendability, pigmentation and final ethereal glow. It's a highlighter with a statement. Compared to others in my collection, ZAO is more finely milled, more pigmented and the prettiest on the skin. It's really close to cult The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer but even better. Highly, highly recommend! Same gorgeous texture goes with ZAO Blush. I've picked up 323 Dark Purple, which is a beautiful cool natural pink. It's perfect on light skintones, not too heavy or too dark. Again, rich smooth texture is what makes this blush precious. ZAO makeup is really strong in face department as I haven't touched something so smooth for a while now. Yes, the price will hurt a bit at first - about 24€ with bamboo packaging - but it's surely worthy of your money. I'm confident to say that you will want a refill as soon as you run out.

ZAO makeup is ultra trendy and nothing can stop this beautiful vegan brand. Is this first legit matte and organic lipstick? Maybe. ZAO came out with 6 Matte nude lipsticks that are speaking to nude lovers. Colors are really unique, especially my darkest pick 437 Aubergine. The shade is actually close to NYX Lingerie Embellishment. It's a combo of violet, grey and brown. In term of the finish, it's truly matte. Actually, it is slightly chalky and drying but still easily wearable compared to other drying liquid mattes. There is no specific scent and packaging is refillable.

ZAO makeup ne more ustaviti nič, sledi celo trendom ličil. ZAO Mat šminke v 6 ''nude'' odtenkih so novost med organsko kozmetiko. Izbrana 437 Aubergine je požela ogromno pohval, saj je poseben odtenek vijole, sive, rjave in nude. Aubergine je zelo podoben popularni NYX Lingerie Embellishment šminki. ZAO Mat šminke imajo popolno mat prekrivanje, vendar so po teksturi malce presuhe za moj okus. Čeprav ustnic ne izsušijo kot tekoče šminke, je še vedno prisoten malce ''kredast'' občutek. Šminke niso odišavljene in se lahko kupijo po polovični ceni kot polnilo.

I'm actually wearing Guerlain Heart Shape Palette (59,23€) on my face like there's no other time. I'm happy to report that Heart Shape Palette didn't ruin my initial love-at-first-sight. Blush part is just enough light and buildable for flushed cheeks, highlighter part is pearly but subtle and luminizer powder hides my small imperfections like other original Meteorites. Maybe I haven't told you this already, but Meteorites technology truly shines bright during the day. It makes wonders on really harsh, natural lighting. Skin looks smoother in an unexplainable way. Camera just can't capture the full glory so I warmly suggest you to try out Meteorites line at nearest counter. Then go outside and check your skin in the mirror. Guerlain Heart Shape palette is comparable to other iconic Meteorites, while the only downside is the shade selection. Blush and highlighter are pink based and really light so only fair ladies will fully enjoy the product's potential. If you have darker complexion, please reconsider it twice. Also note that you need a smaller highlighter brush if you're planning to use everything separately as it's meant to. But all in all, it's compact-friendly little palette with 3 different products so you're getting more to try in one swipe.

In ravno to dobim tudi pri tej novi Heart Shape paleti, ki se z lahkoto kosa z ostalimi izdelki. Pomanjkljivosti? Svetla, roza barvna paleta ne bo pristajala vsakemu tenu. Niti če imate močan rumen podton ali temnejšo polt kot jaz. Ta izdelek bo angelsko zasijal na svetli koži z nevtralnim tonom, zato prosim preverite odtenke pred nakupom. Prav tako potrebujete manjši čopič za osvetljevanje.

This is my first time trying out Guerlain's Kiss Kiss lipstick (39,67€) formula. Actually, this is my second Guerlain lipstick ever. My shade is 570 Coral which is a punchy warm pink, the bright shade I like the most if I'm not reaching for rose mauves. Guerlain Kiss Kiss Lip Colour is indeed creamy and comfortable. It reminds me of an old ''lip butter'' formula if you know what I mean. It's creamy due to mango butter and hyaluronic acid spheres and medium opaque. Easy, everyday formula with no special finish or longevity. I would like to see a corresponding lipliner to secure the color pigments in place. Other than that - it's nice and freshly scented.

Prvič pa zagotovo preizkušam Guerlain Kiss Kiss šminko (39,67€ v Muller, Nama, Maxi). Izbran odtenek 570 Coral mi je pisan na kožo, saj pogosto posegam po živahno roza s koralnim pridihom (če se seveda uprem mojim nude odtenkom). Kiss Kiss formula je res prijetna in kremna, kar omogoča mango maslo in hialuronska kislina. Malce me spominja na dobre stare formule ''lip butter'', saj je prekrivnost srednja. Šminka nima posebne obstojnosti ali zaključka, bi pa želela zraven še svinčnik za ustnice. Če vam je udobje na prvem mestu, potem si kar privoščite to srčkano šminko.

Veliko se vrtim okoli rdečih ustnic in to težko priznam, glede na to, da sem se oklicala kot sovražnico klasične rdeče šminke. Ravno klasična MAC Ruby Woo mi je odprla nova obzorja rdeče, ki je še nisem poznala. In me spravila v dilemo, če sem v vseh teh letih sploh izbirala pravi odtenek rdeče zase? Seveda se je med raziskovanjem našlo nekaj posebnih rdečih odtenkov, ki se me še zdaj zdržijo, vendar nobeden od teh ni klasična mat rdeča šminka. Kar malo žalostno, glede na to da sem lepotna blogerka kajne?

MAC Ruby Woo Lipstick is not the only thing that's newly discovered and loved for the first time. But this bright yet glamourous neutral red with a hint of cool undertone speaks to me the most. Where was I? Under a rock? Why was I avoiding Ruby Woo with so much strenght? Ruby Woo lipstick is 100% glam but still wearable and edgy. Like you've put some effort but still not trying hard. Paired with warm highlighter (we all know it's name by now) MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Soft & Gentle my face got entirely new and healthy dimension. Soft & Gentle once again reminded me why I love MAC Skinfinishes so much - they look like nothing in the pan but the magic formula makes you look like a star. My first timer is also MAC In Extreme Dimension 3D Black Lash Mascara, a gummy wand, that made my lashes instantly longer and fluttery. I really like it, although I was nervous using it first time on the camera. To round up the look, I've decided to show off my all time favourites: MAC Patina eyeshadow (my 2nd pan) over MAC Painterly Paint Pot and almost brutally used MAC Warm Soul blush. Easy but still neat, right?

MAC Ruby Woo Šminka je res nekaj posebnega in šele zdaj razumem, zakaj je njihov najbolj prodajan kos ličil. Ruby Woo deluje sofisticirano, zelo glamurozno z nevtralnim tonom in malce hladnejšim podtonom, ki ustvari iluzijo bolj belih zob. Sprašujem se, če sem živela pod skalo? Zakaj sem se tako zavzeto borila proti Ruby Woo, v kolekciji pa že imam 20+ ostalih odtenkov? Mogoče me je skrbel ravno glamurozni videz. Videz, ki lahko daje učinek ''preveč se trudim''. Vendar sem na moje presenečenje enostavno skombinirala Ruby Woo z navadno Star Wars majčko, končni videz pa je lahko čisto ''edgy'' ali rokersko šik. Z najbolj poznanim osvetljevalcem MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Soft & Gentle pa dobi moj obraz čisto novo dimenzijo. Soft & Gentle skriva veliko talenta, ki ga na prvo oko ne ujamemo v embalaži. Moja prva je tudi MAC In Extreme Dimension 3D Black Lash maskara, ki ima gumijasto krtačko in me je prijetno presenetila s prvim nanosom. Trepalnice so dolge in zelo lepo poudarjene. Prvi nanos pred fotoaparatom ni nikoli najboljša ideja, ampak ta me je prijetno presenetila. Moje oči se niso niti malo solzile kar je ponavadi že stalnica. Videz sem zaključila z mojimi MAC favoriti: MAC Patina senčilo je že leta v uporabi, MAC Painterly Paint pot je najboljša baza in MAC Warm Soul je že brutalno izbraljen.

Where should I start? I don't want to dive into chemistry too much but you've probably heard that vitamin C is good for brightening the skin. All natural way to more even skintone without any harsh chemicals. Now that's what I like. Beside anti-age effect, it's also great for redness, dullness, pigmentation and sun protection as vitamin C is antioxidant after all. I've hunted down different vitamin C skin products as we all know, I need a more unified and brighter complexion. I'm happy to say that I'm most pleased with The Ordinary Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F. It's affordable at 18,90€, effective and oil-based which is a total score for my dry skin. Texture is pretty much perfect - really similar to dry oil. Sinks into the skin really fast, it can be layered before makeup and doesn't leave any gritty residue. Skin looks more healthy and I love to use it in the morning or before bedtime. Yup, I would warmly recommend this version to all my fellow girls with dry skin.

Kje naj začnem? Odkrito rečeno se na kemijo ne spoznam najbolje, vendar sem že velikokrat slišala priporočila o vitaminu C za bolj sijočo polt. Je naravna pot do bolj poenotene polti brez uporabe škodljivih kemikalij. In ravno to mi je všeč. Poleg sijoče polti je lahko vitamin C odličen dodatek za nego proti gubicam, pusti polti, rdečici, hiperpigmentaciji. Vitamin C je prav tako antioksidant, ki lahko čez dan dodatno zaščiti kožo pred sončnimi žarki. Polovila sem najbolj popularne pripravke z vitaminom C, ki so me prepričali z enostavno in uporabno teksturo. Prav tako pa so dodatno izboljšali izgled moje puste, suhe in utrujene kože. Prvo mesto zaupam The Ordinary Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% v vitaminu F. Za okoli 18,90€ na Beautyology (btw, ta stran je najbolj informativna stran za pravo izbiro izdelka!) ni ravno najcenejši med The Ordinary, vendar se z dokaj suho-oljnato teksturo odkupi vsem s suho kožo. V kožo se lepo vpije in sloji z nadaljnjo nego. Prav tako ga rada uporabljam pred nanosom ličil, saj doda moji koži malce več nege za čez dan. Vpije se dokaj hitro, obenem pa nima zrnate teksture kot večina klasičnih izdelkov z vitaminom C. Moja koža izgleda po nanosu celo malce bolj zdrava in gladka na otip. Priporočam vsem z suhim/normalnim tipom kože.

Vitamin C review and comparison: The ordinary Klairs

As far as the other vitamin C serums and solutions go, I'm pretty content with The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres. Although it has several drawbacks like gritty texture due to water-free and oil-free formula, I still like to add it in my night time routine. And price at 5,90€ is just unbeatable. The best way to use it? I layer it over my wet face so the molecules spread easier. It leaves a slightly tacky feeling which disappears after 30 min. Again, results are the same but you need to invest more time into skincare routine. Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Serum (Althea online store) has a lovely serum consistency and it's really lightweight. I really like it's texture and no wonder it got so many praises. Downside? You need to order it from Korea and it's about 18,40€ a piece, which means additional shipping and tax costs. Still, formula and texture is phenomenal for any skintype.

V primerjavo vitamin C izdelkov sem dodala The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres. Pri ultra nizki ceni 5,90€ ima le ta nekaj slabosti. Tekstura je zaradi vitamina C v kroglicah na otip zrnata in spominja na piling. Najlažji način ga je nanesti preko vlažnega obraza, kjer se nato izdelek raztopi. Ravno zato je izdelek bolj primeren za nočno nego, saj pusti lepljiv občutek kar nekaj časa. Rezultati so dokaj podobni - bolj poenotena polt, bolj sijoča polt, ampak je treba vložiti malce več dela. Tudi Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Serum (Althea, 19,00€) je eden tistih, ki ima prijetno teksturo in je na koži lahkoten kot serum. V kožo se vpije takoj in ne pušča oljnatega občutka. Me ne preseneča, da je njegova popularnost visoka. Slabost? Serum je potrebno naročiti direktno iz Koreje, kar doda redni ceni še dodatne stroške.

Urban Decay Naked Heat palette got me thinking like: ''It's absolutely beautiful but this will never work on my fair skintone.''

I've proved myself wrong. I've challenged myself to use only Naked Heat over the past week and it delivered like any other Naked edition. I'm pleased with my Urban Decay Naked Heat palette, although I have really light skin and a neutral undertone. It has sufficient array of light and dark colors, 7 matte shades for the crease and fun shimmery coppers with hidden duochrome effect.

Sama sebi sem dokazala ravno nasprotno, saj sem si prejšnji delovni teden zadala poseben izziv. Da izkoristim Naked Heat paleto vsak dan v tednu, brez izjeme. Izkazalo se je, da sem z naborom odtenkov čisto zadovoljna. Paletka Naked Heat ima dovolj svetlih in temnih odtenkov, več kot dovolj mat odtenkov (kar 7 jih je) in presenetljivo zanimive ''šimraste'' bakrene odtenke.

Would you dare to say, that Naked Heat doesn't look spectacular? I think not. It's a masterpiece of warm tones and if you're naturally drawn towards these shades, you will love it. If it makes you cringe a bit, you're better of with Naked 2 or Naked 3 that have rose/cool tones. Personally, Naked 3 was always on top of my TOP-palette-list although I utterly enjoy my first Naked original too. So, between you and me, shades are equally pigmented but not as soft as in the original Naked. I can understand that they improved and changed formula after several years. The end result is nevertheless the same: highly pigmented and fierce eye looks. Which shades are my favourite and always in use? Chaser, Low Blow, Lumbre, Ember. He devil and Cayenne are the only ones I'm not really fond of.

Si drznete reči, da paleta ni lepotica? Mislim da je optično všeč čisto vsakemu, saj zajema 80's vibe in nabor medeno karamelnih odtenkov. Če vas karamelni odtenki že naravno privlačijo, potem je Naked Heat paleta več kot primerna za vas. Če se ob odtenkih malce nakremžite, potem raje posezite po Naked 2 ali Naked 3, ki imata bolj hladne/roza tone. Osebno je Naked 3 moja najljubša paleta, vendar ne morem reči da ne uživam pri uporabi Naked original. Urban Decay Naked Heat je ravno tako spektakularna v pigmentaciji, vendar je formula malo drugačna v primerjavi z Naked original. Senčila so na otip manj kremna, kar pa ne pomeni da so manj pigmentirane. Učinek je enak, samo formula se je spremenila po tolikšnem času. Pri uporabi se paleta enostavno ne praši. Katere odtenke največ uporabljam? To so Chaser, Low Blow, Lumbre, Ember. Največ preglavic mi povzroča He Devil in Cayenne ker sta enostavno pretopla za moj okus.

- Ember as a base: it's a beautiful copper shimmer shade with blackened base. When you blend it out, you're left with a smokey grey colour. It's truly a gorgeous dimensional color for smokey looks.
- Lumbre on my lower lashline: it's a duochrome red pink with strong golden shift.

I've been also familiar with Urban Decay lipstick formula. My first pick was Backtalk, an unbelievable mauve pink, which goes with any kind of look. To challenge myself, I've incorporated this Metallized Lipstick called Backdoor. Surprisingly, I like to wear it more than I've expected in the first place. In the tube, it's a yuck looking warm brown with silver shimmer. But works with my freckles and warm toned eyes. I like it. It has an old rusty vibe which makes it almost fashionable. Anyway, Urban Decay has more than 100 shades of lipstick so you'll definitely find a good match.

Formulo Urban Decay šmink že poznam. Moja prva izbira je bila Backtalk, čudovit mauve rozkast odtenek, ki pristaja vsakemu videzu. Da sem prešla cono udobja, sem za zgornji look uporabila Metallized šminko Backdoor. Šminka je že tako grda, da je že modna. Topla rjava z srebnimi delci deluje rustikalno, 90's. Všeč mi je. Če tebi ni, potem imaš na izbiro več kot 100 odtenkov pri Urban Decay. Sem prepričana da boš našla svoj odtenek. Urban Decay kotiček lahko najdeš v BTC Muller Ljubljana.
